- Ensure integration into all promotional assets
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand market and customer needs
- Apply advanced business analytics and forecasting techniques
- Manage relationships with external groups, including service vendors and agency partners
- Ensure seamless collaboration across international teams
- Coordinate field force training with the Commercial Excellence team and Country/Sales Managers
- Uphold company mission and values through accountability and teamwork
- Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors
