- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Statistics, Mathematics, Medicine, Sciences, Health Economics, Sociology, or Psychology
- •10+ years of market research experience within pharmaceutical companies or specialist agencies
- •Experience collaborating with European markets and multicultural teams
- •Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales, marketing processes, and disease areas
- •Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- •Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- •Excellent project management capabilities including scoping, defining deliverables, and senior-level reporting
- •Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong sense of accountability
- •Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- •Solution-oriented approach with strong business acumen
- •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- •Working knowledge of statistical analytical techniques is nice to have
