- •Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics or equivalent qualification
- •Relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
- •Strong analysis and numeric skills
- •Expertise in analytical systems, e.g. MS Excel, VBA
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent in German
- •Strong presentation skills
- •Excellent interpersonal skills
- •Natural ability to form positive relationships with and influence senior stakeholders

- •Prepare and interpret sales and market analysis
- •Facilitate the Market Research process
- •Drive innovative use of primary and secondary data sources
- •Transform data into practical information and recommendations
- •Manage the development of the Business Analytics and Competitive Intelligence Platform
- •Handle the Competitive Intelligence process
- •Participate in the European Competitive Intelligence network
- •Plan and facilitate new brand forecasts
- •Manage the review process of Pricing Guidance & Policy
- •Provide ad-hoc analysis and forecasts
- •Prepare and evaluate Sales Incentive Plans for sales teams
- •Provide CRM support to sales teams and marketing
- •Support sales teams in the Plan of Action process
