- •12+ years of cross functional management experience
- •8+ years of experience leading complex teams in healthcare or related fields
- •Proficiency in implementing multiple operational and marketing projects
- •Strong understanding of program and project management processes
- •Expert project management software skills including Smartsheet, Miro, and Microsoft Office
- •Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
- •Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- •Experience in marketing or new product planning
- •Experience with commercial operations
- •Program management certification or equivalent
- •Change management certification

- •Serve as a member of the product core team for launch readiness
- •Apply a focused process for commercial launch planning
- •Partner with project managers to clarify objectives and deliverables
- •Identify owners, deliverables, and milestones in the strategic plan
- •Drive positive change management within the launch planning team
- •Navigate and integrate technical and business considerations
- •Establish strong teamwork partnerships within the organization
