- Manage annual pay-for-performance reviews
- Ensure consistent application of compensation policies
- Participate in compensation surveys
- Collect and analyze compensation data
- Develop communication strategies for compensation programs
- Inform employees about compensation and benefits
- Articulate complex compensation concepts to leaders
- Analyze market trends and external developments
- Monitor and respond to employment legislation updates
