Requirements
- University degree or higher education in business administration
- At least 15 years of in-depth compensation and benefits experience
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and communicative skills
- Ability to act successfully and independently in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the financial sector (advantageous)
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Very good user skills of Microsoft Office products
- Very good user skills of Excel
- Very good user skills of PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday or other HRIT systems (advantageous)
- Readiness to perform on international tasks and challenges

Tasks
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance in remuneration
- Implement new regulations (e.g., CRD, EU Pay Transparency Directive)
- Provide leadership for compensation and HR projects
- Offer functional support on compensation and HR projects
- Advise line managers on compensation and benefits
- Support HR business partners on compensation and benefits
- Assist specialist departments with compensation and benefits
- Act as a global SME for compensation regulations
- Execute legal and regulatory requirements in compensation
- Implement annual processes for Risk Takers
- Prepare compensation and disclosure reports
- Participate in internal audits
- Participate in external audits
- Collaborate with team members on existing tasks
- Contribute to new compensation and benefits projects
- Create customer-specific analyses
- Conduct market data analysis
- Perform trend studies
- Administer compensation plans
- Develop compensation plans
- Manage long-term incentive plans
- Administer long-term incentive plans
- Develop long-term incentive plans
- Support the annual global compensation review
- Further develop the annual global compensation review
