- Own multiple concurrent searches for exceptional technical talent
- Find hidden gems in physics, engineering, hardware, and deep-tech
- Understand candidate motivations and excite them about solving hard problems
- Own recruitment processes end-to-end
- Partner closely with hiring managers
- Continuously improve talent identification, assessment, and attraction
- Contribute to broader People & Culture topics
- Proactively source candidates through headhunting, referrals, and networks
- Build talent maps for niche technical markets
- Identify where the strongest relevant talent can be found
- Understand underlying skills and adjacent backgrounds for success
- Build genuine relationships with high-potential candidates
- Develop pipelines for future roles
- Manage recruitment from intake through closing
- Recruit across engineering, hardware, physics, and semiconductor profiles
- Run structured screening interviews
- Assess motivation, experience, potential, and fit
- Keep multiple searches moving with strong prioritization
- Create a personal, transparent, and professional candidate experience
- Understand hiring manager needs beyond job descriptions
- Translate technical requirements into candidate profiles and search strategies
- Bring market insights to hiring managers
- Challenge requirements constructively based on candidate pool
- Guide hiring teams on interviews and assessment
- Track recruiting funnel health and use data
- Experiment with sourcing channels, messaging, and assessment methods
- Help build scalable recruiting practices
- Strengthen employer reputation within technical communities
- Contribute ideas to employer branding and talent strategy
- Contribute to People projects like onboarding and employee experience
- Understand the employee lifecycle beyond recruitment
- Bring candidate and market perspective to talent discussions
- Broaden People exposure while keeping recruiting as core expertise
