Aufgaben
- Act as a dedicated People Business Partner for a key department
- Serve as the main People contact for Product Development
- Build trusted relationships with managers and employees
- Partner with the Head of Product Development on hiring, team development, and performance
- Coach managers on feedback, communication, and employee development
- Provide a People perspective on business decisions
- Coordinate headcount planning and personnel budgeting
- Translate team needs into hiring plans
- Manage recruitment processes from role definition to offers
- Attract strong candidates, especially for technical roles
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate performance and feedback cycles
- Guide managers in feedback and development conversations
- Help employees and managers navigate development and performance challenges
- Handle difficult conversations with empathy and judgment
- Manage People topics throughout the employee lifecycle
- Coordinate contracts, documentation, and employee changes
- Handle employee relations topics independently
- Ensure People processes are reliable and organized
- Identify recurring challenges and propose practical improvements
- Propose creative ideas for collaboration, engagement, and culture
- Improve People processes to support company growth
- Contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives
