Aufgaben
- Support execution of end-to-end HR operational processes across Europe
- Partner cross-functionally to align regional processes with global standards
- Ensure operational readiness for new country expansions
- Support execution excellence of local payroll and benefits infrastructure
- Support implementation of country-specific benefits programs
- Ensure effective coordination between payroll, benefits, and Finance
- Serve as central point of contact for European HR operational matters
- Ensure execution of compliant HR operational frameworks across countries
- Ensure documentation, contracts, and employee records meet standards
- Support regional readiness for HRIS and TA system deployments
- Collaborate with global system owners on European country-specific requirements
- Support user acceptance testing and data validation for European markets
- Ensure effective adoption of systems across the region
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure systems support compliant processes
- Support execution excellence of regional and local HR operations
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders in European expansion efforts
- Proactively identify and resolve gaps or dependencies across functions
