Aufgaben
- Ensure CRM and Medical Inquiry Management systems are fit for purpose
- Serve as a trusted partner to business and cross-functional teams
- Bridge Medical Affairs, Insights & Analytics, IT, and external partners
- Manage 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for system issues
- Solicit and prioritize system requirements from stakeholders
- Implement requirements in CRM and Medical Inquiry Management infrastructure
- Analyze and enhance scientific engagement across channels
- Gather, define, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Drive requirements lifecycle from discovery to implementation
- Support and optimize inquiry intake and processing workflows
- Ensure response delivery and documentation are efficient
- Align systems with business processes and user needs
- Contribute to roadmap planning and system enhancements
- Manage design, build, testing, deployment, and training processes
- Maintain Medical CRM user assignments and territory data
- Coordinate across support lines to ensure system reliability
- Analyze system usage and performance trends
- Identify and implement process optimization opportunities
- Maintain training materials and support user enablement
- Act as a trusted advisor to Medical Affairs and IT teams
- Facilitate workshops and solution design discussions
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Build strong partnerships for alignment and delivery
- Ensure GxP validation processes are followed
- Adhere to data privacy regulations and medical standards
- Support validation documentation and system audits
- Ensure systems enable accurate and compliant medical responses
- Collaborate with technology, data science, and business teams
- Translate requirements into reusable technical components
- Provide input into roadmaps based on delivery learnings
