Aufgaben
- Serve as the primary finance representative and trusted advisor
- Partner with business functions to support decision-making
- Provide financial leadership for commercial execution and investment decisions
- Evaluate business cases and contracts, providing financial recommendations
- Promote financial discipline and accountability
- Act as the primary operational finance interface
- Support transactional finance activities delivered centrally
- Coordinate month-end close activities
- Ensure efficient resolution of finance operational issues
- Build collaborative relationships with Corporate Finance and external providers
- Lead preparation of the annual budget and forecasts
- Coordinate development and monitoring of P&L, expenses, and headcount plans
- Challenge business assumptions and support scenario planning
- Monitor financial performance, KPIs, risks, and opportunities
- Support business growth through financial analysis
- Partner to develop and validate country gross-to-net assumptions
- Provide local market insights supporting revenue adjustments
- Review and challenge gross-to-net estimates
- Support revenue forecasting and variance analysis
- Coordinate preparation and review of local statutory financial statements
- Support local tax compliance and statutory reporting
- Act as the primary finance contact for statutory audits
- Support legal entity governance and corporate compliance
- Monitor changes in local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial governance standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes
- Support implementation of regional finance systems and procedures
- Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks
- Contribute to the evolution of the European finance operating model
