- •Customer centricity and communication skills

- •Drive culture, values, and engagement agendas
- •Ensure compliance with global and local policies
- •Coach and guide local leadership and employees
- •Cooperate with People Partners and Centers of Excellence
- •Partner with Talent Acquisition to scout local talent
- •Collaborate with the People Counsel team
- •Resolve employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
- •Manage physical onboarding and offboarding processes
- •Administer payroll, contracts, and related paperwork
- •Liaise with local labor and insurance institutions
- •Maintain accurate employee data and cost center updates
- •Monitor and apply local employment law changes
- •Manage local health and safety compliance
- •Execute local talent and learning initiatives
- •Translate business needs into organizational actions
- •Drive local CSR and DEI activities
- •Support performance management and goal setting
- •Oversee health insurance and retirement benefits
- •Coordinate relocation and immigration support
