- Build and maintain integrations between business applications, cloud platforms, and data services
- Enable reliable and scalable information exchange across systems using APIs, automation, and operational data flows
- Provide hands-on support for workplace technology, applications, devices, connectivity, and operational services
- Support users and troubleshoot devices, applications, or cloud services
- Support specialized systems used in athlete monitoring, performance testing, medical services, research, and data acquisition environments
- Play an active role in technology sourcing, vendor evaluations, implementation projects, and ongoing service management
- Identify suitable solutions
- Coordinate partners
- Contribute to successful infrastructure, application, and platform initiatives
