Anforderungen
- Higher education in Information Systems, Data Engineering, or equivalent work experience with AI, Data Analytics, LLMs, and Software Engineering focus
- Fluent English skills
- 5 years of work experience in IT software/data engineering
- Proven experience with modern data cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar) and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Strong background in designing scalable data architectures
- In-depth knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ELT/ETL tools (dbt, Dagster, Fivetran)
- Proven track record of successful IT project/program management
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing LLM-based solutions (RAG architectures, vector databases, agentic workflows)

- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of AI and analytics solutions
- Develop reusable reference architectures and guidelines
- Ensure a consistent and coherent analytics landscape
- Translate business needs into actionable solution designs
- Act as Platform and Service Owner for AI and analytics applications
- Define governance frameworks and best practices for platform use
- Lead and support IT projects and programs
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for IT projects
- Oversee sourcing and contract processes
- Support negotiations and manage vendor relationships
- Provide expert support in troubleshooting AI and data engineering issues
- Optimize application performance
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements
- Drive best practices and continuous improvement by staying updated on trends
