- Draft and implement business plans
- Understand clients' business and technical requirements
- Become a subject matter expert on business products and processes
- Stay updated on industry news
- Track business opportunities in TransPerfect’s CRM system
- Coordinate production and technology teams across time zones
- Generate and manage high-value business deals
- Track and manage KPIs, providing status reports
- Deliver executive updates on account progress and risks
- Attend tradeshows and support marketing efforts
- Contribute to case studies and social media
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and daily updates
- Assist in building plans and budgets, ensuring adherence
- Manage financial health of client engagements
- Drive efficiencies across processes, people, and technology
- Manage stakeholder communication for owned accounts
- Assist in training and adoption of technologies for teams
- Propose and implement innovative offerings
