  • Experience growing business in Austrian and Eastern EU markets
  • Ability to drive profitable, long-term sales growth
  • Experience managing multi-level teams
  • Skill in setting KPIs, enhancing performance, developing talent
  • Ability to foster high-performance culture in logistics/forwarding
  • Strong strategic thinking for sales strategy alignment
  • Expertise in market intelligence and competitor analysis
  • Confident decision-making with profitability mindset
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Skill in building high-value partnerships and advising
  • Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
  • Comfort with escalations and complex customer issues
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving ability
  • High organization, ability to manage multiple priorities/projects
  • Experience in project management
  • Effective collaboration with Operations, Finance, Marketing
  • Ability to translate commercial needs into operational actions
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end logistics processes
  • Drive for new business development
  • Curiosity about market shifts, competitive moves, customer needs
  • Comfort presenting insights to senior leadership
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related field
  • Very strong command of German and English
  • Korean language skills (plus, optional)
  • Valid driver's license
