Business Development Manager - SaaS(m/w/x)
Sourcing high-potential clients and closing €100K–€200K deals for dedicated engineering teams. Full-cycle B2B tech sales experience with outbound focus required. Autonomy in role.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree and demonstrable work experience
- 3–5 years in B2B tech sales with strong outbound experience (IT services or recruitment sales preferred)
- Full-cycle ownership: self-sourcing to closing, including inbound lead management
- Proven success closing €100K–€200K deals and generating €1M+ annual revenue
- Strong understanding of DACH region and ability to engage with CTOs and tech leadership
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Curiosity about AI and automation; comfort in fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Native German speaker and fluent English speaker
- Sound understanding of technical terminology, platforms, tools, and landscape
- Personable, enjoys cultivating in-depth client relationships over transactional deals
- Hunter mentality

Aufgaben
- Drive new business by sourcing high-potential clients
- Close new deals through proactive outreach
- Network within the ecosystem
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Conduct cold outreach and prospecting
- Generate leads
- Perform discovery and qualification
- Prepare and present proposals
- Negotiate terms
- Close new client deals
- Collaborate with Delivery, Legal, and Talent teams
- Craft compelling, client-specific proposals
- Represent the company at client meetings
- Attend events across the DACH region
- Onboard new clients
- Manage new client relationships for 12 months
- Support seamless handoff to account management
- Nurture new accounts post-close
- Maintain CRM data
- Generate pipeline reports
- Leverage Clay, n8n, and Apollo tools
- Automate outreach processes
- Boost efficiency
