- •Bachelor’s or master’s student in economics, human resources, psychology, or similar subject
- •Initial work or internship experience in HR-related area
- •Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German and other languages are a plus
- •Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- •High level of motivation for HR topics
- •Independence, reliability, and attention to detail in an international environment
