- •Pursuing Bachelor’s or beginning Master’s in Business, Informatics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field

- •Handle support requests via the internal ticketing system
- •Provide first-level support for SAP HCM-related questions
- •Assist with login issues and password resets
- •Forward complex cases to second- or third-level support
- •Ensure all necessary information is complete for escalations
- •Perform system checks and tasks in SAP HCM
- •Create new user accounts on a monthly basis
- •Create and maintain documentation for standard processes
- •Document reports and authorizations
- •Support the IT Business Services team with projects and ad hoc requests
