Anforderungen

•Pursuing Bachelor’s or beginning Master’s in Business, Informatics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field
•Insights into SAP HCM support from internships or student assistant positions
•Experience handling support tickets
•Structured and reliable work style with attention to detail and quality
•Discretion in handling sensitive data and professional conduct
•Excellent English skills and confident use of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

•Handle support requests via the internal ticketing system
•Provide first-level support for SAP HCM-related questions
•Assist with login issues and password resets
•Forward complex cases to second- or third-level support
•Ensure all necessary information is complete for escalations
•Perform system checks and tasks in SAP HCM
•Create new user accounts on a monthly basis
•Create and maintain documentation for standard processes
•Document reports and authorizations
•Support the IT Business Services team with projects and ad hoc requests
