Anforderungen

•Background in business informatics, computer science, marketing, or related field
•Passion for analyzing products, customer needs, and market dynamics
•Ability to translate customer insights into actionable deliverables
•Interest in multiple perspectives, including customers and development teams
•Proficiency in research tools, office suite, and ticketing solutions (JIRA)
•Experience with UX design tools (Figma, Sketch)
