Anforderungen

•Enrollment in a degree program in sustainability management, environmental sciences, business, or related field
•Completion of at least five semesters and initial practical experience through internships, projects, or student work
•Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
•Strong sustainability mindset and enthusiasm for ESG, climate action, and corporate responsibility
•Knowledge of ESG-related frameworks (e.g., SBTi, EU Taxonomy, SASB, CSRD)
•Strong organizational abilities, structured and detail-oriented working style, and solid communication skills
•Enjoyment of working in a dynamic team environment and proactive hands-on mindset
