•Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting for the Group Customer Quality Network.
•Assist the Group Customer Quality Director in achieving objectives.
•Monitor key performance indicators for customer quality.
•Improve customer response performance across the organization.
•Support Customers and Warranty teams on various projects.
•Standardize reporting processes for consistency and efficiency.
•Participate in creating and implementing new procedures.
•Develop training plans to enhance customer knowledge within the team.
•Provide data analysis and prepare reports for the Group Customer Quality Director.
