Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
- •First successful experience as a BI or data analyst in industry, tech, or consulting sectors
- •Understanding of data modeling and basic knowledge of SQL
- •Proven experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, including DAX)
- •Experience with a programming language (Python or R)
- •Experience with Cloud AWS solutions
- •Experience with project management and agile practices
- •Understanding of statistics concepts and machine learning algorithms
- •Eagerness to connect with stakeholders from different backgrounds
- •English fluency
- •German or French are nice to have

Deine Aufgaben
- •Improve demand forecast accuracy using existing BI reports
- •Act as a solution owner for the BI dashboard
- •Review existing assumptions for demand forecasts
- •Apply machine learning algorithms with R&D to enhance forecast accuracy
- •Enhance forecast accuracy and data visualization on the S&OP dashboard
- •Engage data owners and hosting counterparts to ensure timely data delivery
- •Ensure data quality within your area of responsibility
- •Analyze results to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities
- •Transform analysis into actionable insights for business improvement
- •Develop new analysis methods and data collection processes
- •Implement and test S&OP processes based on group requirements
- •Coordinate with data owners across various departments
