Anforderungen

•Technical education in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
•Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in the railway industry
•Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, including writing manufacturing work instructions and line balancing
•Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up
•Strong understanding of Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics
•Experience with Process FMEA, QRQC, and time analysis methods (MTM, MEK, UAS)
•Fluency in English
•Good communication and teamwork skills
•Self-motivation and a conscientious, organized approach
