Anforderungen
- •University or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance; advanced degree or MBA preferred
- •12+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Planning preferred
- •IT industry knowledge focused on Room Video technologies
- •Business planning skills
- •Financial planning and modelling skills
- •Strong communication skills at senior management level
- •Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices
- •Negotiation skills and ability to frame product value proposition
- •Leadership skills and cross-functional expertise
- •Business fluent in German and English
- •Experience in room video technology and working with video channel partners

Deine Aufgaben
- •Drive the Video room portfolio and Go-To-Market strategy in the DACH region
- •Serve as the subject matter expert on Room Video solutions for DACH
- •Support sales in large and strategic video room and voice deals
- •Define requirements for the DACH region within key enabling functions
- •Lead the strategic video room acceleration plan for DACH
- •Manage the category business plan to grow market share for room video
- •Establish senior-level relationships with the DACH region sales force and partners
- •Engage with strategic alliance partners like Microsoft, Pexip, Zoom, and Google
- •Oversee product line and quota responsibility for Video rooms in DACH
- •Provide functional leadership in areas such as market analysis and marketing engagement
