  • Strong leadership capabilities and proven leadership experience
  • 5+ years experience in scaling revenue operations for B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience working closely with C-level GTM executives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking mindset
  • Knowledge of subscription-based business models
  • Deep understanding of marketing, sales, and customer success workflows
  • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong program management skills

  • Drive operational excellence across all GTM functions
  • Partner with CCO, CMO, and GTM leadership to align priorities
  • Design and implement end-to-end revenue architecture
  • Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leaders
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives for growth
  • Refine scalable GTM processes across lifecycles
  • Identify and eliminate friction points in the funnel
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment through governance frameworks
  • Establish a Center of Excellence for best practices
  • Lead the annual GTM planning process with revenue targets
  • Build forecasting and scenario planning frameworks
  • Drive alignment of goals and KPIs across GTM teams
  • Oversee GTM enablement programs for team performance
  • Develop onboarding and skill development programs
  • Drive tool and system adoption for productivity
  • Own and evolve the GTM systems landscape
  • Integrate data across GTM platforms for visibility
  • Deliver actionable insights and executive dashboards
  • Ensure data governance and accuracy across functions
  • Oversee tool strategy and spend management
  • Build and lead a high-performing GTM Operations team
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Translate strategy into operational execution with leadership
