  • •15+ years of experience in corporate/commercial law
  • •Strong business partnership skills
  • •Experience managing global legal teams

  • •Serve as the primary legal advisor to the global CHI organization
  • •Guide senior leaders on complex legal and strategic topics
  • •Lead and manage all legal matters across CHI
  • •Handle commercial, corporate, regulatory, labor, and compliance topics
  • •Structure, negotiate, and draft high-value agreements
  • •Support CHI’s growth agenda through effective agreements
  • •Oversee corporate governance and ensure compliance with international standards
  • •Provide counsel on global regulatory matters
  • •Address privacy, competition law, sustainability, and product regulations
  • •Lead legal support for M&A, joint ventures, and investment activities
  • •Develop and implement global legal frameworks and compliance standards
  • •Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes
  • •Oversee external counsel and control legal costs
  • •Develop and enforce intellectual property strategy for CHI
  • •Provide strategic oversight of internal investigations
  • •Conduct legal risk assessments across CHI
  • •Drive proactive mitigation strategies for identified risks
  • •Monitor evolving laws and regulations for actionable guidance
  • •Engage with external counsel, regulatory authorities, and potential investors
