- •Drive clear communication of priorities, strategy, culture, and change across the Group
- •Advise the Leadership Team on effective communication of transformation and strategic initiatives
- •Lead the internal communication strategy, including messaging cascades and stakeholder alignment
- •Build and manage a global change and ambassador network with KPIs and measurement frameworks
- •Ensure Group-wide communication standards and narrative consistency across all channels
- •Oversee communication and presentations for key corporate events like AGM and CMD
- •Safeguard the quality of presentations, corporate publications, and messaging guidelines
- •Support financial communication and align with investor relations messaging
- •Lead an integrated Group-wide content strategy across various channels and audiences
- •Ensure aligned storytelling for corporate, leadership, financial, and transformation communication
- •Govern editorial planning and creation of core communication assets
