Anforderungen
- •Academic background in law, business law, or business administration
- •Significant experience in banking (8-10 years) and knowledge of MiFID II, MAR, GDPR, Public-side advisory, Competition Law, corporate and investment banking products
- •Several years of work experience in compliance, particularly in Capital Markets (WpHG) Compliance
- •Knowledge of key relevant legal and regulatory/statutory requirements
- •Experience in GDPR
- •Experience in non-financial crimes Compliance frameworks, activities, and processes
- •Problem solving and analytical skills
- •Ability to communicate clearly and confidently; able to influence internal and external stakeholders
- •Excellent command of written and spoken German and English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and support Core Compliance initiatives
- •Provide specialist advice to business areas and the MBE Compliance team
- •Support the design and execution of compliance assurance activities
- •Promote staff awareness of compliance matters
- •Collaborate on drafting and reviewing policies and procedures from a national perspective
- •Manage operational activities such as PAD disclosures and OBI review
- •Conduct training reviews from a national perspective
- •Administer training completion and support
- •Oversee audit administration and support for SOX and WpHG
- •Prepare MI reports
- •Administer annual certification processes
- •Collaborate with SMEs on Core Compliance activities across MBE
- •Monitor and assess the impact of national laws and regulations
- •Act as a local contact for data protection and security matters
- •Work closely with the Data Protection Officer and external consultants on data protection issues
- •Provide advice on data protection inquiries and security matters
- •Prepare legally required documents for information inquiries
