University assistant predoctoral/PhD Candidate Optical Quantum Computing and Machine Learning(m/w/x)

In this role, you will engage in cutting-edge research on optical quantum computing and machine learning, while also contributing to teaching and administrative tasks. Your work will involve presenting research, completing a dissertation, and staying updated on the latest developments in the field.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree or Diploma in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or closely related field
• •Experience in data-reuploading quantum algorithms, optical quantum computing and quantum machine learning
• •Experience in machine-learning schemes based on arrays of nonlinearly interacting mechanical oscillators
• •Programming skills in Python, Qiskit, MATLAB, C, numerical simulations
• •Excellent command of written and spoken English
