Anforderungen
- •High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- •U.S. Citizenship
- •SOFA/Command-Sponsored status as dependent of Active-Duty Service Member, DoD employee, or U.S. Contractor
- •Eligible to obtain and maintain ADP IT III clearance
- •3+ years of customer service experience
- •Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- •Effective presentation skills
- •Ability to communicate tactfully in person and on the phone
- •Self-starter with ability to work independently
- •Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- •High attention to detail
- •Familiarity with TRICARE Overseas Program, DEERS, DOES, and MHS Genesis
- •Work background in U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilian managed care
- •Experience in medical or clinical environment
- •Experience with MHS Genesis or civilian healthcare systems, medical claims

Deine Aufgaben
- •Travel 25-75% for multi-site coverage
- •Process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers
- •Update Primary Care Manager (PCM) information
- •Provide guidance on TRICARE resources and benefits
- •Assist beneficiaries with enrollment and claims over the phone and in person
- •Offer basic claims status updates
- •Conduct informational briefings for various events
- •Record daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI) information
- •Evaluate and escalate complex issues for resolution
- •Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
- •Complete required training courses on time
- •Assist with remote support and train new team members
