- •Master's degree or equivalent experience in Finance or related field
- •5+ years related business experience or equivalent Project Management skills in Finance
- •Broad knowledge of business processes, policies, and programs in Treasury
- •Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- •Ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships
- •Awareness and ability to lead in multi-cultural teams
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- •Identify gaps and address them with relevant parties
- •Contribute to Change Impact Assessments

- •Provide go-live and hypercare support
- •Support local teams in data cleansing activities
- •Assist project teams with data migration mappings
- •Coordinate with key stakeholders for quality testing and go-live
- •Ensure template governance and change control management
- •Advocate for Treasury processes within Aspire
