- •Full proven project management responsibility in at least one major capital investment project
- •Proven track record in leading a Project Management Center of Excellence
- •Excellent leadership in a matrix organization
- •Strong and clear communication across all organizational levels
- •Profound passion for engineering and capital projects content and methodologies
- •High systematic thinking
- •High sense of and desire for continuous improvement and LEAN principles
- •Ability to travel up to 20% internationally
