Deine Aufgaben

  • •Lead technical training for Large Scale Mammalian asset
  • •Develop technical trainers
  • •Coordinate operational activities for training programs
  • •Ensure compliance with EHS, GxP, and technical training standards
  • •Manage training matrices with role-specific curricula
  • •Execute the Lonza training strategy
  • •Define and drive training performance KPIs
  • •Manage new training programs and optimize existing ones
  • •Coordinate up to 10 indirect reports of technical trainers
  • •Serve as key contact for training during audits and projects
  • •Oversee learning management system and knowledge management
  • •Analyze training demand and capacity to identify gaps
  • •Coach trainers to enhance their skills
  • •Participate in investigations and CAPAs as a human performance ambassador
