Deine Aufgaben

  • •Lead technical training for Large Scale Mammalian asset
  • •Develop technical trainers for effective training delivery
  • •Coordinate operational activities related to training concepts
  • •Ensure compliance with EHS, GxP, and technical training standards
  • •Manage training matrices with role-specific curricula
  • •Execute the Lonza training strategy and drive performance KPIs
  • •Manage strategic and operational aspects of new training programs
  • •Optimize existing training programs for better effectiveness
  • •Coordinate up to 10 indirect reports of technical trainers
  • •Act as the key contact for training during audits and projects
  • •Oversee learning management system and knowledge management
  • •Analyze training demand and gaps to manage training capacity
  • •Identify and coach trainers to enhance their skills
  • •Participate in investigations and CAPAs as a human performance ambassador
