- •Lead technical training for Large Scale Mammalian assets
- •Develop technical trainers
- •Coordinate operational activities for training programs
- •Ensure compliance with EHS, GxP, and technical training standards
- •Manage training matrices with role-specific curricula
- •Execute the Lonza training strategy
- •Define and drive training performance KPIs
- •Manage new training programs and optimize existing ones
- •Coordinate up to 10 indirect reports of technical trainers
- •Serve as the key contact for training during audits and projects
- •Oversee the learning management system and knowledge management
- •Analyze training demand and capacity to identify gaps
- •Coach trainers to enhance their effectiveness
- •Participate in investigations and CAPAs as a human performance ambassador
