Anforderungen
- •Ph.D. in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Biology, or DVM/MD with relevant experience
- •Board Certification
- •7–10+ years' professional experience in a Toxicology role
- •Demonstrated experience filing successful INDs/CTAs for small molecules and biologics
- •Deep understanding of Global Regulatory Guidelines regarding safety assessment
- •Experience partnering closely with Discovery and Clinical teams
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Creative problem solving with a strong growth mindset
- •Experience with peptides and other new modalities
- •Good understanding of machine learning techniques
- •Familiarity with Python and KNIME

Deine Aufgaben
- •Design and implement safety assessment strategies for drug discovery projects
- •Create screening cascades and mechanistic experiments to support project progression
- •Develop structure-activity relationship (SAR) understanding of toxicology liabilities
- •Define regulatory safety assessment packages for agency acceptance
- •Author toxicology sections of regulatory documents
- •Collaborate with Machine Learning colleagues to enhance predictive toxicology models
- •Identify and evaluate state-of-the-art technologies for platform improvement
- •Maintain relationships with CROs to ensure timely data generation
- •Leverage external scientific expertise to enhance team impact
- •Oversee data generation campaigns for AI-based toxicology models
- •Mentor junior team members
- •Promote a culture of inclusion and continuous professional development
