- •In-depth understanding of reward structures, market trends, and benchmarking methodologies
- •Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using tools like Excel, HRIS, or compensation management software
- •Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
- •Excellent German and English communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly
- •Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Certification in Compensation or related field (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus

- •Provide expertise on compensation during organizational changes
- •Support internal stakeholders' inquiries on compensation matters
