Anforderungen

  • •Proven leadership experience managing international and diverse teams
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • •Strong expertise in substation automation, control, and protection
  • •In-depth knowledge of grid automation market and tendering processes
  • •Excellent command of English; additional European languages advantageous
  • •Willingness to travel internationally as required

  • •Lead a team of 16 technical tendering specialists
  • •Develop team members for high performance
  • •Ensure quality and timely delivery of tenders
  • •Create competitive, technically optimized offers
  • •Define scope of supply and coordinate with supply chain management
  • •Obtain quotations from subcontractors
  • •Oversee cost calculations and full cost modeling process
  • •Manage preparation and submission of bids and proposals
  • •Support sales team during contract negotiations
  • •Prepare documentation for internal reviews and tender submission approvals
