Anforderungen
- •Higher technical diploma or equivalent relevant experience in Refrigeration or related field
- •Demonstrated experience in maintenance, operation, and installation of ventilation systems
- •Strong experience in maintenance, operation, and installation of cooling and refrigeration industrial systems
- •Experience in technical coordination of external contractors
- •Experience in use of CMMS tools
- •Experience in low-voltage electrical systems
- •Initial experience in compressed air systems
- •Operation and maintenance of HVAC plants and networks
- •Operation and maintenance of cooling water systems and networks
- •Design, construction, operation, and maintenance of detector cooling systems
- •Operation and maintenance of electrical circuits and networks
- •Organisation, planning, and control including supervision of work
- •Achieving results through corrective actions and adapting work/project plans
- •Communicating effectively with praise and constructive feedback
- •Demonstrating flexibility in working on different projects
- •Solving problems with objective judgments based on facts
- •Working in teams with constructive cooperation
- •Spoken and written English or French, with commitment to learn the other language
- •A valid driving licence

Deine Aufgaben
- •Plan and coordinate maintenance activities using the CMMS system
- •Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cooling and ventilation systems
- •Ensure proper operation of cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems
- •Interact with clients regarding equipment responsibilities
- •Propose solutions for modifications or renovations based on user needs
- •Technically coordinate contractors' maintenance and installation work
- •Contribute to projects from design to commissioning of new systems
- •Maintain up-to-date technical documentation in compliance with quality standards
- •Ensure safety rules are followed during all interventions
- •Participate in the stand-by service
- •Report on activity progress, issues, schedules, and costs
