- •Degree or equivalent education in polymer processing, material science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or commercial education with proven technical knowledge
- •Work experience in polymer processing, compounding industry, thermoplastics, thermosets, polymer manufacturing, or masterbatching
- •Min. 5 years of B2B Sales or technical service experience in relevant industries in Europe
- •Fluency in English and good command of German
- •Self-motivated and team-oriented sales professional with business acumen and customer focus
- •Action and results oriented with ability to recognize and seize windows of opportunity
- •Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- •Experience in an international work environment with ability to travel up to 50% throughout Europe

- •Develop and maintain sales of Huber Advanced Materials' product solutions
- •Provide excellent technical sales support to customers and distributors
- •Initiate new business development for product applications
- •Build partnerships with European distributors to maximize sales
- •Manage distributors in the Polymers market segment
- •Create and maintain new business through relationship building
- •Drive growth of sales volume and gross margin
- •Monitor market situation, competition, and trends
- •Collaborate with Technical Support, R&D, and Marketing for product launches
- •Communicate updates on opportunities and competitor activity to the Sales team
- •Fulfill sales duties including forecasting, call reports, and account plans
