Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related technical discipline
- •5+ years of related work/sales experience in technical or process related industry
- •Demonstrated success/aptitude in industrial business to business
- •Hands-on experience with procurement
- •Experience utilizing a CRM tool and/or other reporting functions
- •Passion for providing high level of customer service
- •In-depth understanding of Noise and Vibration treatment
- •Proven ability to manage difficult customer situations
- •Mechanical aptitude and business acumen
- •Ability to build relationships and sell technical solutions
- •Demonstrated knowledge of market and competition
- •Ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion
- •Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- •Exceptional prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- •Proficient computer skills using various software applications
- •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Power Bi, Visual, ERP, and CRM Systems
- •Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
- •German mother tongue and English very fluent

- •Ability to travel domestically as needed
