Anforderungen
- •Degree in technical field, ideally process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar discipline
- •Project Management Professionalism certification or equivalent education
- •Several years of professional experience in project management preferably in Agrochemical, Pharma or Chemical industry
- •Experience in monitoring construction projects as project engineer and project manager covering complete project life cycle, preferably in multinational companies
- •Experience of leading external resources
- •Solid understanding of maintenance principles and process risk analysis
- •Knowledge of operational HSE and compliance requirements for Capex investments
- •Precise and structured working method, entrepreneurial thinking and action
- •Ability to ensure effective coordination for safe, reliable, effective & sustainable implementation
- •Self-motivated & self-directed leader with adaptability to changing and competing demands
- •Assertive communication style and ability to engage at all levels on site
- •Fluency with digital tools
- •Advanced level of English & German language (a third European language appreciated)

- •Contribute to engineering capital proposals
- •Participate in Process Risk Assessments and safety initiatives
- •Track costs and progress of construction activities
- •Design and specify equipment with team members
- •Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations
- •Apply project management processes and risk management techniques
- •Coordinate technical meetings
- •Define and disseminate Critical Success Factors and KPIs
- •Plan and monitor mechanical and asset commissioning phases
- •Document project closure and hand over operational assets
