- •Lead a small Agile team in migrating legacy Java applications to cloud-based architecture on MongoDB
- •Collaborate with the Technical Lead to guide the team towards successful project outcomes
- •Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to manage concerns and resolutions
- •Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the Agile team
- •Identify and remove project impediments proactively
- •Manage project risks and issues effectively
