Anforderungen
- •Education in IT-related field or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with specialization in IT Operations, Project Management, or Systems Engineering
- •Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; specialization in IT Operations, Project Management, or Systems Engineering preferred
- •Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT operations or development
- •Minimum 1 year of experience in project management with proficiency in Agile methods and tools like Confluence and Jira
- •Solid understanding of ITIL practices and IT process management
- •Strong command of German and good proficiency in English
