Anforderungen

• •Masters or MBA Degree
• •7-10 years of professional experience
• •University degree in mechanical engineering or materials science, ideally with a doctorate or many years of practical experience in technically relevant fields
• •Technical understanding of bonding and cleaning technology
• •Practical experience in the design of industrial cleaning systems and bonding processes
• •Commitment to identifying and implementing continuous improvements
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Hands-on mentality and results-oriented approach to work
• •Organizational skills and strong communication skills
• •Openness to new ideas and innovation
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Willingness to travel (approx. 25% - 50%)
