Anforderungen

  • •Apprenticeship in a technical, commercial, or linguistic profession
  • •Min. 3 years’ experience in technical documentation
  • •Good understanding and use of DITA-based single-source publishing redaction systems and data management systems
  • •Thorough, precise, organized, and structured way of working
  • •Good technical writing skills, experienced in STE (Simplified Technical English)
  • •Business fluent in English
  • •Good MS Office knowledge
  • •Very good coordinative and communicative skills
  • •Strong team player
  • •Ability to work with constantly changing priorities

  • •Create and publish technical documentation
  • •Review and update data sheets and product information
  • •Ensure customer-specific information is shared directly with clients
  • •Coordinate and control data inputs for accuracy
  • •Maintain quality standards and adhere to documentation guidelines
  • •Create and revise technical illustrations using Adobe Illustrator CS4
  • •Plan workload and manage capacity
  • •Enter and maintain data in Product Master Data repository
  • •Consolidate data in CMS (Alfresco) and create documents using oXygen and Adobe PDF
