- •Ensure successful implementation of Carbon Robotics equipment
- •Train operators, equipment supervisors, and farm managers
- •Provide usage recommendations based on agronomic knowledge
- •Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery
- •Establish trustworthy relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- •Act as a liaison to engineering and product departments
- •Communicate customer wishes, complaints, and equipment performance
- •Deliver efficient field support for Carbon Robotics equipment
- •Verify machines operate at peak efficiency through calibration
- •Monitor and conduct regular preventive maintenance services
- •Serve as the point of contact for assigned accounts
- •Log and document customer experiences and pain points
- •Quickly respond to customer concerns and identify issues
- •Oversee and manage service tickets for the service territory
- •Exercise safe working practices at all times
- •Participate in weekend on-call duties and after-hours support
- •Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- •Keep company property in good working condition
- •Build strong cross-functional relationships with customers and teams
- •Attend FRE-related meetings to stay current with operations
- •Support demonstration and implementation activities
- •Collect and upload data for model labeling
- •Attend refresher training classes for continuous improvement
- •Learn and teach all facets of equipment usage and operation
