Anforderungen
- •BSc in Biology, related technical field, or equivalent industrial experience
- •5+ years industrial experience in pharma, CRO, or biotech environment
- •2-3 years experience managing international CROs in industrial environment
- •Solid understanding of drug discovery process with emphasis in biology and/or biologics
- •Track record of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- •Comfortable communicating with various audiences and building strong relationships
- •Strong organisation skills and detail-oriented approach to work
