Anforderungen
- •PhD in Medicinal Chemistry, Synthetic Organic Chemistry, or related technical field, or equivalent industrial experience
- •8+ years’ professional experience in Medicinal Chemistry role
- •Proven track record of leading medicinal chemistry efforts on drug discovery projects
- •Experience of contributing to structure-based drug design problems
- •Experience of leading a high-performing scientific team
- •Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- •Experience of working with and closely managing CRO resources
- •Strong track record of scientific achievements
- •Genuine passion for drug discovery and enthusiasm for AI/ML potential
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Track record of creative problem solving with growth mindset
- •Experience of successful application of fragment-based drug design approaches

- •Provide line management for a team of 2-4 Medicinal Chemists
- •Set clear goals and provide regular feedback
- •Support team members' professional development
- •Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
- •Drive drug discovery programs to value inflection points
- •Take ownership as a Medicinal Chemistry Lead or Project Lead
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scientific solutions
- •Interact with existing and prospective collaborators and CROs
- •Provide strategic input to AI/ML platform teams
- •Manage CRO resources and monitor KPIs
- •Generate intellectual property positions
- •Prepare detailed scientific proposals and reports
- •Champion a culture of inclusion and continuous professional development
